QSetting a goal to reduce has its drawbacks. RIt is hard to live unless in fact you set a goal to lose xxx amount of kilos in xxx number of weeks or months.


The problem with a goal such as this is often that it lacks definitive action.

It is easier to line a healthy living goal.

Then you'll choose the steps you are getting to fancy achieve your goal.

A healthy living goal means eating more healthy foods and becoming more physically active.


That does not mean that you have to go all out and become a fitness freak overnight.


It is important to require small bite sized steps in order that your body can get used to the changes.


Focus on the healthy lifestyle instead of your waistline.


Which task is easier?

To reduce or to vary your diet.

Focus on actions rather than the result because the outcome are going to be a product of the actions.


When I was involved in athletics and training, I had my goals like to beat my personal best times in the view and road races but my focus was on what I had to try to to to realize those goals. I was not getting to achieve personal best times unless I trained for it.


The elite athletes performing at their best at the olympics make it all look very easy but what you see is that the results of years of diligence and sacrifice. It all requires focus.


The key to all of this is passion. No one can put their bodies through all of this discipline unless they need passion for what they are doing. It is passion which powers perseverance.


As an athlete i used to be not blessed an abundance of talent but made the foremost of what ability I had to perform at my best.


What has all of this got to do with losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle?

It is about living your best life.


An unhappy, unfulfilled life is going to sabotage your efforts to lose weight because you will always find an excuse to comfort eat if you are trying to lose weight or miss a day's training if you're involved in sport.


The bottom line is this: If you do not anticipate to getting up within the morning then changes got to be made.

Think about what you wont to enjoy doing after you were younger. Is it possible to require up a number of these old interests?

Getting involved in something you're hooked in to will get you off the couch and faraway from the TV and that can undermine your healthy living goals if you do not keep it in check. Remember the old saying "Use it or lose it."

Taking a balanced approach to life is that the thanks to go when performing on living a healthy life.

एक स्वस्थ जीवन लक्ष्य का अर्थ है अधिक स्वस्थ भोजन करना और अधिक शारीरिक रूप से सक्रिय होना।


इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि आपको रातों-रात भर बाहर जाकर फिटनेस फ्रीक बन जाना है।

छोटे काटने के आकार के चरणों की आवश्यकता होती है ताकि आपका शरीर परिवर्तनों के लिए अभ्यस्त हो सके।

अपनी कमर के बजाय स्वस्थ जीवन शैली पर ध्यान दें।


कौन सा काम आसान है?

अपने आहार को कम करने या बदलने के लिए।

परिणाम के बजाय कार्यों पर ध्यान दें क्योंकि परिणाम क्रियाओं का एक उत्पाद होने जा रहा है।


जब मैं एथलेटिक्स और प्रशिक्षण में शामिल थातो मेरा लक्ष्य था कि मैं अपने व्यक्तिगत सर्वश्रेष्ठ समय को दृश्य और सड़क दौड़ में हरादूं लेकिन मेरा ध्यान इस बात पर था कि मुझे उन लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए क्या प्रयास करना है। जब तक मैंने इसके लिए प्रशिक्षणनहीं लिया तब तक मुझे व्यक्तिगत सर्वश्रेष्ठ समय हासिल नहीं हो रहा था।


ओलंपिक में अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करने वाले कुलीन एथलीट यह सब बहुत आसान लगते हैं लेकिन आप जो देख रहे हैं वह वर्षों केपरिश्रम और बलिदान का परिणाम है। इस सब पर ध्यान देने की जरूरत है।


इन सबका मूल है जुनून। कोई भी अपने शरीर को इस अनुशासन के माध्यम से तब तक नहीं डाल सकता जब तक कि वे जो कर रहे हैंउसके लिए जुनून की आवश्यकता  हो। यह जुनून है जो दृढ़ता को शक्ति देता है।


एक एथलीट के रूप में मुझे बहुत सारी प्रतिभाओं का आशीर्वाद नहीं मिलता थालेकिन मुझे अपने सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन के लिए जो क्षमताथीउसमें सबसे आगे था।


वजन कम करने और स्वस्थ जीवन शैली जीने से इन सबका क्या लेना-देना है?

यह आपका सर्वश्रेष्ठ जीवन जीने के बारे में है।

एक दुखीअधूरा जीवन वजन कम करने के आपके प्रयासों को विफल कर देगा क्योंकि यदि आप अपना वजन कम करने की कोशिशकर रहे हैं या यदि आप खेल में शामिल हैं तो एक दिन के प्रशिक्षण से चूकने पर आपको हमेशा आराम से खाने का बहाना मिल जाएगा।

लब्बोलुआब यह हैयदि आप सुबह उठने की उम्मीद नहीं करते हैं तो बदलाव करने होंगे।

इस बारे में सोचें कि आप छोटे होने के बाद क्या करना पसंद नहीं करेंगे। क्या इन पुराने हितों की एक संख्या की आवश्यकता हो सकतीहै?

किसी ऐसी चीज में शामिल होना जिससे आप जुड़े हुए हैंआपको सोफे से दूर ले जाएगी और टीवी से दूर हो जाएगी और अगर आप इसेरोक कर नहीं रखते हैं तो यह आपके स्वस्थ जीवन लक्ष्यों को कमजोर कर सकता है। पुरानी कहावत याद रखें "इसका इस्तेमाल करें याइसे खो दें।"


जीवन के लिए एक संतुलित दृष्टिकोण अपनाना है कि स्वस्थ जीवन जीने पर प्रदर्शन करते समय जाने के लिए धन्यवाद।
